NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Who is running it

The sponsor is FlowSpace Mats LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Newark, DE 19713. You can reach us at info@flowspacemats.com. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the event organiser, by the venue, or by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp or any other platform it may be mentioned on.

Grappling Industries Boston Giveaway

  • Entry period: starts Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT. That is 24 hours. Entries received after the end are refused. Our server clock is the official clock.
  • Where to enter: flowspacemats.com/giveaway/grappling-industries-boston, or scan the code at our stand at Grappling Industries Boston, Starland Sportsplex, Hanover, MA.
  • Grand prize: one 10x10 FlowMat. Approximate retail value: $599.
  • Friend prize: one 10x10 FlowMat, approximate retail value $599, awarded only as described under "The friend prize" below. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: up to $1,198.
  • The draw: on or about the day after the entry period ends.

Who can enter

  • You have to be 18 or older on the day you enter.
  • You have to be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
  • Owners, employees and contractors of FlowSpace Mats LLC cannot enter, and neither can members of their immediate family or household.
  • One entry per person. Each email address and each mobile number can enter once. A second entry with the same email or the same number is not a second entry.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter

Go to the giveaway page during the entry period, give your name, email address and mobile number, and tick the box agreeing to receive marketing text messages from FlowSpace Mats. That is the whole entry. It is free.

Agreeing to marketing text messages is required to enter, because we tell the winner and every entrant the result by text. You can reply STOP at any time, including straight after entering, and your entry still counts. Entries made by a script or any other automated means are not eligible.

The friend prize

  • After you enter you get a personal share link. It works once: the first friend to enter through it uses it up.
  • Your friend enters the same way as everyone else, and their entry is a full entry in the draw in its own right.
  • A friend who enters through a share link does not get a share link of their own. If they are drawn as the winner, they win the grand prize and there is no friend prize.
  • If you are drawn as the winner and an eligible friend entered through your link, that friend wins the friend prize too.
  • Sharing is optional. It does not change your own chance of being drawn.
  • You cannot enter through your own link. A friend entry with the same email address or mobile number as the person who shared the link is refused.

The prizes

  • Every FlowSpace mat is hand built to order and takes 4 to 5 weeks to make, so prizes ship on that timescale rather than straight away.
  • Delivery is free to an address in the 50 states or the District of Columbia. A winner pays nothing for the mat or the delivery.
  • Prizes cannot be transferred or swapped for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute something of equal or greater value.
  • Any tax on a prize is the winner's responsibility.

How the winner is picked and told

  • One winner is drawn at random by computer from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Our decisions about the draw are final.
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • The winner is told by text message to the mobile number on their entry. A friend prize winner is told the same way.
  • A winner has 7 days from that message to reply. If they do not reply in time, cannot be reached, or turn out not to be eligible, the prize is forfeited and we draw a new winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Your details

  • We collect your name, email address, mobile number, and who shared a link with you if anyone did.
  • Your email address and name are added to our email list, run by Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe from any email.
  • Your mobile number is added to the FlowSpace Mats text list, run by Attentive. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • What we do with your details otherwise is set out in our Privacy Policy at flowspacemats.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Saying who won

We may announce winners publicly, including in a video of the draw on social media, using first name and last initial only (for example "Marcus T."). We will ask first before using a full name, a photograph, or anything a winner has said about the mat.

What we are not responsible for

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or damaged on the way to us, or for any failure of a network, a phone, a website or venue wifi. If something outside our control stops the giveaway running fairly, we may change these rules, suspend the giveaway or cancel it, and where the law allows we will draw a winner from the eligible entries received up to that point.

By entering you agree that FlowSpace Mats LLC is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising out of entering, or out of accepting or using a prize, except where that liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these rules limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Which law applies

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute arising out of them is for the courts of the State of Delaware.
