Order Process

• When placing an order, a deposit is charged to secure your product in our production queue.
• Once your item is ready for shipment, the remaining balance will automatically be captured using your original payment method.
• You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your product leaves our facility.

Shipping Times

• Average production and fulfillment lead time: 4–6 weeks (may vary depending on demand and materials).
• Shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.
• International delivery times may vary.
