Giveaway Official Rules

These rules cover the prize draws FlowSpace Mats runs at events. The prize, the dates and the draw for each one are listed below.

Who is running it

The sponsor is FlowSpace Mats LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Newark, DE 19713. You can reach us at info@flowspacemats.com. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the event organiser, by the venue, or by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform it may be mentioned on.

  • The prize: a Pro FlowMat 10x15. One winner.
  • Approximate retail value: $899.
  • Entry opens: 10 October 2026, when the doors open.
  • Entry closes: end of 11 October 2026.
  • The draw: on or about 12 October 2026.

Who can enter

  • You have to be 18 or older on the day you enter.
  • You have to be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
  • Owners, employees and contractors of FlowSpace Mats LLC cannot enter, and neither can members of their immediate family or household.
  • One entry per person per giveaway. Duplicates are removed before the draw, matched on mobile number.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter

There are two ways in and they have exactly the same chance of winning.

  • At our stand during the event. Scan the code on the stand, which opens that event page on flowspacemats.com, and give your name, email address and mobile number.
  • By email, free, with no text message sign-up. Email info@flowspacemats.com with "Giveaway entry" as the subject, and your full name, email address, mobile number and the name of the event in the message, during that giveaway's entry period.

Entries have to arrive inside the entry period listed above. Incomplete entries are not eligible, and neither are entries made by a script or by any other automated means.

The prize

  • One winner per giveaway, winning the prize listed above for that event.
  • Every FlowSpace mat is hand built to order and takes 4 to 5 weeks to make, so the prize is shipped on that timescale rather than straight away.
  • Delivery is free to an address in the 50 states or the District of Columbia. The winner pays nothing for the mat or for the delivery.
  • The prize cannot be transferred or swapped for cash. If it becomes unavailable we may substitute something of equal or greater value.
  • Tax on the prize is the winner's responsibility. Because the value is $600 or more we are required to report it, so the winner gives us a completed IRS Form W-9 before the mat ships and is sent an IRS Form 1099.

How the winner is picked and told

  • One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries, on or about the draw date listed above, by FlowSpace Mats LLC. Our decisions about the draw are final.
  • The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received.
  • The winner is told by text message, to the mobile number on their entry, and has 5 days to reply.
  • If they do not reply in time, if the number cannot be reached, or if they turn out not to be eligible, the prize is forfeited and we draw again.
  • Everyone who entered is sent a text with the result. Entrants who did not win are also sent a 10 percent discount code. That code is a thank you rather than a prize, and it carries its own terms and expiry.

Your details

  • We collect your name, your email address, your mobile number, and which event you entered at.
  • If you ticked the consent box when you entered, your mobile number is added to the FlowSpace Mats text message list, which is run by Attentive, and your email address is added to our email list. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help.
  • Agreeing to marketing text messages is not a condition of entering. The email entry above signs you up to nothing and has the same chance of winning.
  • We text every entrant once with the result whether or not they joined the list, because that is the outcome of something they entered.
  • What we do with your details otherwise is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Saying who won

If you win, we may say so publicly using your first name and your state. We will ask you first before using your full name, your photograph, or anything you have said about the mat.

What we are not responsible for

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or damaged on the way to us, or for any failure of a network, a phone, a website or venue wifi. If something outside our control stops a giveaway running fairly, including a technical failure or an event being cancelled, we may change these rules, suspend the giveaway or cancel it, and where the law allows we will draw a winner from the eligible entries received up to that point.

By entering you agree that FlowSpace Mats LLC is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising out of entering, or out of accepting or using the prize, except where that liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these rules limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Which law applies

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute arising out of them is for the courts of the State of Delaware.

Finding out who won

Email info@flowspacemats.com within 60 days of a giveaway's closing date and we will send you the winner's first name and state.
