This policy covers flowspacemats.com, offer.flowspacemats.com and support.flowspacemats.com. FlowSpace Mats LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Newark, DE 19713, United States, is the company responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you buy a mat, or start to and do not finish, we collect your name, email address, postal address and, if you give one, your phone number. Card details go straight to our payment processor and never reach our systems.

When you take the Find Your Perfect Mat quiz, we collect your phone number, your email address if you give one, your three answers, and a record of the consent you gave along with the exact wording you were shown.

When you send us a message or ask about a tax exemption, we keep what you wrote and any document you attached.

As you browse we collect the pages you visit, roughly where you are from your IP address, your device and browser, and any JavaScript errors your browser hits. We use a cookie called fs_vid to tell repeat visits apart without knowing who you are.

Why we use it

• To take your order, build your mat, ship it and support it afterwards.
• To email you about an order you started and did not finish.
• To send you marketing emails and texts, where you asked for them.
• To understand which pages and adverts bring people to us.
• To find and fix things that are broken on the site.
• To meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following companies to run the business, and each receives only what it needs:

• Stripe, to take payment. Your card details go to Stripe directly.
• Shopify, which holds our orders and product catalogue.
• Klaviyo, for marketing email.
• Attentive, for marketing text messages.
• Intercom, for customer support conversations.
• Vercel and Upstash, which host the site and store its data.
• Meta, Microsoft Clarity and HYROS, which measure advertising and how the site is used.

Advertising and measurement tools can involve sharing identifiers with those companies in a way some United States privacy laws call selling or sharing. If you would rather we did not, email info@flowspacemats.com and we will stop it for you. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.

Marketing, and how to stop it

Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every one. For text messages, reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Stopping marketing does not stop messages about an order you have placed.

How long we keep it

• Orders, for as long as we need them for tax and accounting.
• Quiz signups, for one year.
• Contact messages and tax exemption requests, for six months.
• Browser error reports, for eight days.
• The fs_vid visitor cookie, for up to 400 days.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@flowspacemats.com from the address you ordered with and we will action it. We will not treat you any differently for asking.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us theirs, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
