Returns and Refunds

Every FlowSpace mat is covered by a 99 day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, for any reason at all, email info@flowspacemats.com and we will arrange the return and your refund, less a $79 restocking fee per mat. You do not have to explain why.

The 99 day guarantee

The 99 days run from the day your mat is delivered, not the day you ordered it. Every mat is hand built to order and takes 4 to 5 weeks to make, so counting from the order date would spend a third of your trial waiting for the mat to arrive.

Use it properly during that time. Train on it, fold it, take it to a competition. A mat that has been used is still covered: that is what the guarantee is for.

How to start a return

Email info@flowspacemats.com from the address you ordered with, or call 631-521-3632. Tell us your order number if you have it. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send the mat back before you arrange anything yourself, because these are large freight items and an unannounced shipment can go astray.

Do not send a mat back before we have confirmed the return.

Your refund

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• A $79 restocking fee is deducted from each mat returned.
• Everything you paid for the mat, less that fee, is refunded.
• Shipping charges, where they were charged, are covered in the refund.
• Refunds are processed once the mat is back with us, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling before your mat ships

Mats are made to order, so the sooner you tell us the easier it is. Email us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full. If the mat has already been built or shipped, it becomes an ordinary return under the 99 day guarantee, which gets you to the same place.

If your mat arrives damaged or faulty

That is not a return, it is a warranty claim, and it is faster. Email info@flowspacemats.com with a photograph of the problem and your order number. Every FlowMat carries a 12 month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects, and freight damage is covered regardless of when you notice it, so tell us even if you only unroll the mat weeks later.

If you bought the Lifetime Extended Warranty with your mat, it covers manufacturing defects for as long as you own the mat rather than for the first 12 months. Everything else on this page works the same way.

What is not covered

• Damage from cuts, punctures by sharp objects, or shoes worn on the mat.
• Damage from being inflated beyond the pressure in the instructions.
• Mats bought from anyone other than FlowSpace Mats.
• Normal wear to the surface print over time.
